What kind of ingredients do you use?
All our beef and pork come straight from our family’s ranch, Marcum Farms, where we raise cattle and hogs with care and integrity. You can taste the difference in every bite! If you want to order beef and pork separately, visit our meat company, 1902 Legacy Meats.

We use as many in-season ingredients as possible and focus on whole, minimally processed foods to deliver delicious, wholesome meals.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Some of our meals are naturally gluten-free; look for the gluten-free note by menu items. We offer some meals that fit common dietary needs, but we can’t guarantee full allergy accommodations.

How long will my meals stay fresh?
All meals are cooked fresh each Tuesday, ready for your family to enjoy. You’ll find a “best by” date on each meal so you know when to use it. We also mark which meals freeze well so you can plan ahead.
